We provide a range of Smile Cosmetics, such as teeth-straightening Invisible Braces (Zenyum Clear), all-natural ingredients toothpaste or the top-selling toothbrush (Zenyum Sonic) on SEAs e-commerce platforms and supermarkets.

Who we're looking for

Zenyum Hong Kong is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join us as Head of Dental Partnerships

Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will play a critical role in spearheading our partner network strategy as we work towards establishing Zenyum as a household name in the dentistry space in Hong Kong.

You will be working hand in hand with our Regional VP of Partnerships and respective Head of Partnerships in each of our subsidiaries to establish Zenyum as the number one choice partner for Smile Cosmetics.

We will trust you to:
  • Oversee the Hong Kong and Macau's network partner strategy direction, and recommend improvements where and when necessary
  • Establish a long term road map for acquisition of new dental partners locally and to reinforce the Zenyum name as the industry leader in Smile Cosmetics
  • Develop and implement best-in-class partner acquisition strategies to ensure progressive increase in dental partner market share in Hong Kong
  • Ensure partner clinics are aligned with Zenyum's believe in having customers receive best in class patient experience
  • Liaise with respective department leads to ensure partnership strategies stay up to date and aligned with the Group’s vision
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts for the execution of well-informed business decisions
We'd love to see
  • Minimally 2-3 years of experience in a sales or account servicing related scope of work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese
  • Advantageous to possess relevant experience in any of the following sectors: dental, medical, pharmaceutical and healthcare (or related)
  • Keen interest to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and capable of being a quick learner in a fast paced environment
Your benefits upon joining include:
  • Minimally a Bachelors’ Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience overseeing large scale partnership networks
  • Possess a proven track record leading teams in any of the following areas: business development, accounts management or B2B marketing
  • Ability to accurately analyze, structure and chart out the full lifecycle of both existing and new partners
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship developmental skills
  • Advantageous to possess experience in any of the following sectors: FMCG, medical, dental, healthcare or pharmaceutical
  • Advantageous to possess Regional or Global experience across diverse organizational structure
  • Comfortable in a hands-on and fast-paced work environment, and in utilizing numbers to make data-driven informed decisions
