Who we're looking for

The priority of Business Development is to assist their companies to acquire NEW customers; this means this role is a crucial one for Radica's business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify their clientele.

What you will be doing
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPI’s
  • Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Arrange meetings with clients and carry out product demonstrations
  • Follow up swiftly on sales inquiries and send out information
  • Prepare sales proposal deck and quotation
  • Closed sales deals in order to maintain a sales pipeline each quarter
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Attend industry events and work closely with other teams to develop new business
Who you are
  • Hunter mode to generate new opportunities independently
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good sales funnel development and planning capability
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Experience in  e-market (automation) platform or CRM solution is a plus
