About Us

Oursky is a software product studio with offices in Hong Kong, London and Taipei. A diverse and socially progressive team of experts working remotely from different locations. We have FormX extracting structured information from documents with the latest AI technologies, as well as Authgear which provides open-source auth solution for consumer web and mobile apps. We also provide UI/UX design, software development, machine learning, QA, and product management consultancy for clients that range from rockstar startups to multinationals like Google, Milwaukee, Standard Chartered Bank, and HSBC.

Who we're looking for

12 years in the market, Oursky is a team of 50 geek folks and 6 cats. Geeks at heart, we enjoy getting our hands dirty and solving geeky tech problems. Most of our people are multipotentialite, and are trained to solve complex problems. We're seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our products FormX.ai and Authgear.com to new markets. Most of our product’s existing customers are in Hong Kong, and the new Business Development Manager should target new markets such as Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Japan, or North America. Recruit and lead a new SDRs team to achieve quarterly sales targets. Potentially promoted to Country Manager, Business Director, or C-Level. Base Salary (NTD 1.4M - 2.8M) with Attractive Commission Structure (OTE: NTD 2.46M - 3.6M).

What you will be doing
  • Develop effective business development strategies and meet our customer acquisition target for FormX.ai and Authgear.com.
  • Leverage existing connections to build your own solid pipeline that brings in continuous new business prospects.
  • Prospect, pitch and close Startups or Corporate clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, virtual or in-person meetings etc.
  • Discover new opportunities by reaching out to prospects and introducing how our products could be applied to their processes, or even figure out new potential use cases with new vertical industries.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our sales CRM system.
Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Software Sales to Corporate CIO/CTO/CDO
  • Proven track record exceeding targets in a similar quota-carrying role and hungry for further growth
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to fully grasp and understand our software products to present to clients in software IT
  • Result-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
