Who we're looking for

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team supporting the expansion of our Product team expansion. You will be working closely with different tech units on on-going expansion projects. This position will be based out of Hong Kong.

What you will be doing

Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for our Product functions
Owning the candidate experience process and be a true candidate ambassador
Focus on recruiting for product and technical specialists, whilst also recruiting other technical roles based on company needs
Source and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical and people skills as well as culture fit
Facilitating interview and hiring decision-making processes with hiring managers, and the leadership team.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates
Proactively build our technical candidate pipeline

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
Minimum 3 years in hiring for tech and/or product roles
Basic understanding of digital and financial services industries
Skills in partnering with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
The ability to effectively evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioural fit
Growth mindset and exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
