Who we're looking for

WeLab is looking for a Senior Manager, Loan Product to join the team!

What you will be doing

Formulate business plan and new initiatives to grow the personal loan business
Own the loan P&L and drive to achieve loan business targets
Lead cross-functional teams incl. Marketing, Credit, Operation, Tech to optimize for loan business and operation efficiency
Drive the development of new features and product enhancements on personal loan business
Ensure the loan product and end-to-end journey are in compliance with internal and external governance and regulatory standards
Conduct analysis on market landscape developments, trends and innovations for growth opportunities

You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet
You are comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful (in your past life you could've been a detective)

What is required and what we’re looking for

Degree holder in relevant disciplines
8+ years of experience on personal loan business / product management
Familiar with loan business and relevant regulations
Sensitive to numbers with strong analytical mindset
Persistent and passionate for growth and innovations
Self-driven and able to work in a fast-pacing environment
Fluent in English & Cantonese with good presentation skills
Less experience will be considered as Manager
