Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Public Relations Manager who is able to bring their expertise and existing media connections to tell our exciting story and help us reach to a bigger audience with the speed of light.

What you will be doing

You will create and lead global public relations strategy for SolChicks.io
Drive all external digital and offline communications activities and campaigns for SolChicks globally across multiple regions
You will increase SolChicks brand awareness, by informing and educating key media stakeholders on our mission, on our notable accomplishments, upcoming key milestones, and overall value proposition of SolChicks as the top play-to-earn game on the blockchain
You will help our strategic growth efforts by driving marketing leads and client acquisition
You will be a key partner of our marketing and partnerships team to create a an impactful Media and PR communications program that is specifically targeting the NFT / Crypto / Gaming and Blockchain technology channels
Be a catalyst to lead SolChicks external engagements with the media
Introduce a non-traditional PR approach to structure and roll out integrated, strategic, impactful and measurable campaigns to elevate Brand Comms
Strategize and rollout PR coverage for our executive team, with in person media appearances, interviews and press coverage
Create a content library that is accessible through social media channels and SolChicks.io website
You will have an oversight on press releases, crisis management and corporate social innovation (CSI) communications

Who you are

You will have a minimum of 5 years of regional/global public relations and/or media relations experience to bring into this role
You must have a solid understanding of Blockchain technologies, be familiar with Crypto and NFT products and have a key interest in or previous record of covering the Gaming sector (online gaming / console/ esports / p2e)
Able to create online and offline content communications and PR collateral, proof content, produce press materials, strategize media outreach, PR planning, and support brand communications objectives
Track record of successfully launching digital PR campaigns and consistently securing positive media coverage, preferably in FinTech
Excellent communication skills with native level English speaking and writing capability. Additional Asian language would be an advantage.
You have experience managing senior stakeholders, become a trusted advisor to the leadership team and help navigate SolChicks through ever-changing market conditions
You will be a champion of multitasking, work towards tight deadlines to ensure the success of this start-up enterprise, be able to identify potential challenges ahead and act quickly to resolve them using sound judgement.
You will manage PR budget, take active role in organizing and participating in events and identify relevant online and offline industry gatherings and strategize outreach efforts
