Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Hong Kong.

The role

This position plays an important role in the day to day operations at MoneyHero focusing on, but not limited to, the procurement, fulfillment, administration and data reconciliation of rewards that our customers receive. In addition, the Rewards Operations Officer collaborates with diverse stakeholders across departments and external vendors to support the smooth delivery of promotional activities while adhering to audit controls and compliance requirements.

What you will be doing in this role


  • Coordinate the Rewards procurement process, including sourcing of vendors, making quotation requests and placing purchase orders
  • Conduct day-to-day vendor management as assigned to secure the best payment and pricing terms


  • Execute the end-to-end fulfilment process in accordance with SOP and guidelines
  • Provide input to the Commercial and Marketing teams on rewards fulfilment considerations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors and FI partners to ensure a timely, cost efficient, error-free and risk controlled compliant rewards fulfilment practices


  • Ensure data from various sources are consolidated and updated in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Finance Team and fulfilment house for rewards expenditure reporting, rewards inventory management for timely distribution of rewards to customers.
  • Support Customer Service team for queries, investigations, case escalations, redemption request verification and rewards allocation


  • Documentation and tracking of all procurements, disbursements, expenses for accounting purposes
  • Stay up to date with all current and past campaigns and their respective fulfilment criteria

About you
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills, able to escalate when issues arise
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A good team player with flexible characteristic
  • Vendor management experience is highly desirable but not a must
  • Knowledge in accounting is desirable but not a must
