Who we're looking for

We are looking to hire an E-commerce Administrator - Food Industry (Kwai Chung) to join our growing team in Hong Kong.‍

You will be part of a small team in a growing company, with the opportunity to learn and grow with the business.

What you will be doing

Handle daily operations of e-commerce platform, including customer support, order fulfilment and product delivery arrangement
Prepare daily sales report
Offer help in inventory management and current stock levels to internal teams to facilitate accuracy and product availability
Execute regular inventory counts and supply audits to monitor shrinkage and generate insights into purchasing decisions.
Provide administration and operation support to the team
Compliance with ISO22000
Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

About you

Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Knowledge of Shopify, Zendesk, Unleashed is preferred, training would also be provided
2-3 years previous experience; preferably in the food industry, customer service or purchasing
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Immediate start preferred
