Our Culture

This is achieved through collaborative efforts of our dedicated and close-knit group, who are committed to a common goal. We celebrate inclusivity and diversity, reflected in our 25 person team, who are comprised of 18 nationalities, and speak 16 languages. Additionally, there is a flat-hierarchy at Hex Trust, where everyone, including the founder, sits in the same room, and can openly communicate with each other. As a company, professionalism is valued, but after a long week, we always gather for company drinks so everyone can kick back and relax!
