Generation is a global youth employment program and an independent NGO founded by McKinsey & Company in 2014. Generation is currently live in 14 countries. Our mission is to transform education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. We have a methodology that we believe can serve hundreds of thousands—and eventually millions—of people who are unemployed, underemployed, or need to learn new skills. Generation Hong Kong launched as a non-profit in early 2018, aiming to tackle the gap between education to employment in Hong Kong.
