近幾年來，本港初創企業如雨後春筍般急速冒起，投身這個新經濟圈的人數更大幅增逾30%。不過，儘管有不少初創企業都展現了巨大的增長潛力，但從零開始的旅程並不總是一帆風順。同為本地Start-up的Bowtie（保泰人壽），在短短兩年間也經歷過不少風浪，切身體會到控制成本和吸納人才的重要性。在2020年8月，Bowtie推出專為中小型企業而設的團體醫保，提供多個計劃選項，每人每月保費最平低至$10，還能涵蓋僱員的配偶、子女，甚至父母的醫療需要，成功幫助許多初創企業進一步完善其員工福利制度。
