Who we're looking for

As the Senior Associate, Social Media and Communications at Wristcheck, you’ll be at the forefront of building the organic and authentic connection between Wristcheck and our audiences. You will develop data-driven content strategy in accordance with  the latest social media trends, and deliver engaging written content across both social media and press to not just maintain but increase our audience and brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate sales revenue. You are a prolific copywriter, a tech-savvy creative, experienced in the luxury space, and have your finger on the pulse of everything happening online.

What you'll be doing:
  • Developing and creating engaging copy that aligns with our brand identity and tone of voice for Wristcheck Global Social Media channels and Wristcheck ZH Social Media
  • Assisting in drafting bi-weekly press releases in both English and Traditional Chinese to our affiliate and media partners on Wristcheck updates, including new product listings, platform updates and other company highlights
  • Maintaining and optimizing our homepage and website experience for Traditional Chinese audience
  • Assisting in developing our platform communication strategy and copywriting for existing and new platform features in both English and Traditional Chinese
  • Creating and revising graphic layouts from existing templates for both Global and ZH social media channels
  • Conducting weekly and monthly reporting on our social media platforms to analyze brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation
  • Assisting in Global and Local Marketing campaign planning and rollouts with a focus on communication and media outreach
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as necessary - we are a small team with dynamic responsibilities!
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese would be an advantage
  • Mastery of the major social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) and a sensitivity to the latest online trends
  • Affinity for storytelling with a keen eye for copy and finding creative ways to delivery key messages to target audiences while adhering to our brand tone of voice
  • Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, perform in high-visibility situations, multi-task, and manage time effectively
  • Interest in and knowledge of fashion, culture, and lifestyle
  • Knowledge of the watch industry and/or China market is a plus, but not a requirement
