Who we're looking for

Animoca Brands (HK) is looking for a Game Designer to join the team!

What you will be doing
  • Conceptualise, design, and prepare documentation for new features and content
  • Balance, iterate, and work with community feedback and QA
  • Work with Project Managers to schedule and scope features
  • Scarcity design for finite game economies
  • Tokenomics - the design of NFTs and assets within the ecosystem
  • Research the latest blockchain, free to play, and games as a service design models, and implement these best practices into the economy
  • Own the design
Who you are
  • 3+ years game design experiences
  • Shipped at least 2 titles
  • Free-to-play design experience, with familiarity in monetisation design
  • Hands on with economy designs
  • Hands on with game balancing
  • Excellent written English, and strong spoken English

Beneficial:

  • Familiarity with blockchain and/or cryptocurrencies
  • Worked on racing games, or fan of racing games
  • Experience with working with third-parties and external teams
