We are looking for a Agile Delivery Coach. Be part of the team and lead the way for Agile transformation!

What you will be doing

Work on exciting customer projects and amongst enthusiastic colleagues who are equally as passionate about Agile as you are!
Leading Agile transformation for our clients and you support teams and organizations in Agile software development methodologies through coaching and mentoring advising, facilitating and training.
Work with our clients as a trusted advisor to leaders in all levels within the organisation to understand their strategy, their needs & challenges, unravel the complexity and actively shape the strategy and adoption of Agile and have introduced new ways of working such as Scrum, Kanban, Human Centred Design or Design Thinking, Lean, Dynamic Work Design, A3 problem solving, Extreme Programming, Behaviour Driven Development and DevOps, with the greater goal of creating an environment that allows for inspiring teams and amazing digital products to be built through a show/tell/do approach.

Who you are

You are a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner with relevant certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org or other associations and have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Agile or other related disciplines (Lean Software Development, Human Centred Design).
You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Information Technology.
You have a minimum of 2 years leading and managing software/IT projects/teams using Agile.
You are used to working autonomously, with the freedom to be innovative and creative, while having the right approach needed to facilitate change.
You have the passion and drive to foster motivation in others to change, at the same time understand the fine line between being overzealous, pragmatic, and providing the appropriate encouragement.
You are an effective communicator who can adapt your communication approach based upon the audience's context and familiarity of the Agile ways of working, and with a wide variety of audiences from technical Teams to other areas of the business, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance or even Risk.
You have strong experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, and you can manage the various expectations from team level through senior management.
You are a coach, a mentor, and a champion of others. You actively shape and develop the career of your colleagues.
You have an attitude of continuous learning. You find your work endlessly interesting and you are proactive in developing your knowledge and skills.
You are focused on business innovation, business value, and customer satisfaction. You inspire others and recognize new business opportunities. You are comfortable working in a highly interactive and challenging environment.
You are proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
Preference will be given for experience in leading transformation in non-technology functions and in cultural transformation.
Added consideration will be given for Practitioner certification of Scaled Agile framework like LeSS, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Spotify, Nexus and Human Centred Design or Design Thinking.
