Who we're looking for

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Allrounder. To be successful in this role, you would demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills that will help run our office administration operations smoothly. You should be a committed team player, proactive, helpful, and who can anticipate and solve problems and can communicate well with all levels of staff. You would be strong multi-tasker with initiative and a very positive service attitude. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.

What you will be doing in this role

IT Management

  • Manage the end-to-end physical and/or remote technical setup to ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with Group IT on all office equipment and procurement
  • Manage IT devices and Inventory
  • Network Management and provide Infrastructure maintenance and support

Office Administration

  • Management of office main line, screening calls and transferring when appropriate
  • Management of all visitors to the office
  • Dealing with suppliers and couriers and any other office deliveries or collections
  • Management of all office supplies inclusive of stationery and pantry supplies
  • Support new joiner and leaver processes in relation to the office (access, printer access and set up)
  • Continually looking to improve the look, feel and functionality of the office for the team
  • Ad hoc support to finance, business and HR  admin.

Team Event Management

  • Assist in the formulation, organisation and execution of team events.
Who you are
  • You have about 1-2 years of experience in an office administrator or related role.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and a passion for admin, processes and efficiency.
  • You have a good command of English language skills (spoken and written).
  • You are able to work with tight deadlines.
  • You are highly collaborative, enabling a working partnership with multiple team members across multiple disciplines.
  • You have the ability to work flexibly and respond to changing business priorities.
  • You demonstrate sound judgment and discretion
  • Diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
