Who we're looking for

Our operations team is the core of our digital marketplace. In this role, you’ll support the team by owning daily logistics to facilitate smooth deliveries to our customers. You’ll pioneer operational SOP’s, drawing from your experience working with luxury goods and ensuring scalability as we grow across the region. Whilst there will be a focus on execution in the early days, we envision this role to grow into a people leader, building a team around you to support this vital function of our business. What you will be doing
  • Manage inbound, stowing, organizing, packaging and dispatch of goods, including boxing and creating shipping labels
  • Update shipment status in our site backend. Ensure system emails are triggered to update customers on the shipping journey
  • Ensure customer, order and transaction data is logged in our system to maintain an accurate inventory
  • Work cross-functionally to manage inventory across locations and merchandise goods in our retail store
  • Build strong relationships and manage contracts with global courier partners to find the best logistics solutions
  • Maintain inventory levels of packaging materials and work with suppliers to replenish stock
  • Create Logistics SOP’s, iterating as we grow to continuously improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience
  • Investigate and implement technology solutions to take our process from manual to automated
  • Support the Customer Service team with freight and customs troubleshooting  
  • Use analytical and quantitative methods to assess performance and suggest areas for improvement to enhance the shipping processes
  • Be part of the team that’s developing the future global logistic operations for Wristcheck, and provide support when we expand geographically
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar, or relevant working experience
  • 5 - 8 years work experience in 3PL working with logistics processes, operations and e-commerce. Experience working with luxury goods required
  • Comfortable making independent decisions and owning outcomes
  • Highly organized, possessing extreme attention to detail
  • Able to manage large workloads while prioritizing between multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack, and other common basic office software
  • Strong working knowledge of Qlikview and Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data analysis programs like Tableau
  • Interested to manage a team and grow your career in a fast paced startup
  • Open minded with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, share and grow together
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an added benefit
