The Director of Marketing is a key member of the leadership team responsible for devising effective marketing strategies and campaigns to engage and grow our audience of buyers, sellers, seasoned and novice watch enthusiasts. As a marketplace, your core objective is to grow buyers and sellers whilst building awareness and loyalty to our brand. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Brand, Editorial, Finance and Engineering to understand the economics of our business in order to develop short and long term strategies that drive meaningful growth for the company. You’ll manage a team of marketers skilled in performance marketing, content marketing and social media to help execute your strategies against our core objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of what makes people tick, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.
