Who we're looking for

At Wristcheck we connect watch enthusiasts, and provide an online and retail platform to buy and sell luxury timepieces. The goal of the Customer Service Specialist is to ensure that each and every customer has the best experience possible. You will support customers before, during, and after the buying or selling process and provide resolutions to inquiries via phone or email. You’ll work closely with our operations and retail team here in Hong Kong.

What you will be doing
  • Provide first-class support to Wristcheck customers and sellers, acting with compassion and professionalism to foster long-term relationships  
  • Solve seller issues through troubleshooting, with prompt communication
  • Work cross-functionally with operations team to provide timely resolutions
  • Document incoming complaints and issues and provide feedback on areas for improvement across the business
  • Assisting in building our Customer Service guide
  • Support users in transacting online purchases
Who you are
  • 3 - 5 years professional experience in customer service, customer support or in a call centre in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A friendly, upbeat personality with the ability to handle difficult issues with confidence
  • A multi-tasker that is able to prioritize and manage their time effectively
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. You are proactive and able to act on your own initiative
  • De-escalating calls is your strong suit, and you win customers over with your positive attitude
  • You enjoy contributing to the development of a professional and collaborative team culture
  • Interested in technology and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You are a great listener and have a strong phone presence
  • Understanding and appreciation of watches is a plus but not a requirement - we’ll teach you everything you need to know
