Who we're looking for

WorldFirst SG is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join their team, helping them manage and support clients in the South East Asia region with trade transactions and enquires.


What you will be doing:
  • Day-to-day management of eCommerce clients
  • Answering client queries by phone and email
  • Booking telephone transactions, assisting with transactions booked via World First Online
  • Managing post trade queries - internal and external
  • Liaising with support departments within the company to ensure smooth running and communication
  • Managing and growing a book of clients. Tasks including:
  • Focusing on the conversion of new clients to actively trading
  • Ensuring the highest standards of client care are adhered to at all times
  • Meeting outgoing client contact targets
  • Maintaining a high rate of client retention
  • Actively managing the book to ensure steady revenue growth from active clients
About you:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of customer service or dealing experience
  • A motivated, self-starter who uses initiative
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Personable and good with people, including an excellent telephone manner
  • Team player
