Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Global Sales Operations Manager/Director to define, build and scale the Sales Effectiveness function, ensuring we have the tools, process, governance and resources across our global sales organization necessary to meet our ambitious growth plans. You will partner with our global Sales teams ensuring alignment around goal design, performance tracking, incentive programme design, commercial pricing and partnership modeling in support of our Commercial growth strategy.

What you will be doing
  • Continually define and optimize our most key growth metrics (i.e. leads, new clients, turnover) and, with stakeholders in Finance and Country Managers, be accountable for establishing targets/budgets/KPIs for regional sales teams, and tracking performance against them
  • Own the global sales incentive scheme design and operation, coordinating with HR and Finance teams to ensure a robust level of control, and creating an incentive framework that drives the right sales behaviours, customer outcomes, and business results.
  • Define and optimize territory planning, sales process(es), opportunity pursuit, and sales performance management processes; partner with Salesforce.com product team to configure in our CRM
  • Lead our key scaling projects globally such as design and implementation of efficiency tools and resource planning analysis
  • Develop our global go-to-market strategy through guiding our pricing strategy and partnerships modelling based on key business insights and market trends
  • Work hand in hand with global marketing teams to develop and optimize sales collateral, promotion execution, and lead generation activities.
  • Oversee the global sales enablement programs to set up our existing and future sales representatives for success through robust onboarding, training and coaching programmes.
  • Foster ever-closer collaboration between the Sales, Product and Marketing functions to ensure strategies are aligned and assets are produced which facilitate the sales process
Who you are
  • Proven experience as a sales operations, sales enablement leader at a high growth B2B payments/services or technology company
  • Previous experience of delivering change/improvement projects, end to end, into large global teams
  • The ability to use industry knowledge and/or personal experience to help shape and drive the Commercial Growth Agenda
  • Deep knowledge of different sales methodologies and the ability to integrate these into simple but rigorous processes
  • Ability to operate with little oversight, not dependent on consultants for content, and comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves when creating a dynamic team culture transforming our employees’ career trajectories
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce.com experience beneficial) and analytics around sales pipeline modeling
  • Data-driven and scientific commercial mindset that allows this person to validate or disprove assumptions on how to grow the business
  • Self motivated and able to prioritize and manage a myriad of projects with strong prioritization
  • Strong influencing, negotiation skills as you will not be managing the sales teams but you will be influencing them
  • Bilingual Mandarin/English required
