Established in September 2015, we're a fast-growing company with our current focus set on planting a smart network of water refill stations across the city to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic bottles.
Our growing business is in need of an experienced, dynamic, pragmatic and motivated Operation Manager to enhance workflows and procedures for supporting our expansion and diverse client base. The Senior Operation Manager will lead the team responsible for managing the client journey from pre-installation of Well井, after-sale support to on-going servicing. This Senior Manager is responsible for improving workflows and systems, developing quality assurance standards, and managing suppliers and contractors. He/She is expected to stay up-to-date with the changing operating environment or regulatory requirements, and adapt our operations accordingly. This Senior Operation Manager plays a critical role in partnering with the Business Development Team and Product Development Team in driving product and services excellence. The position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
