Who we're looking for

You will be the main driver in pushing Ucommune Hong Kong’s co-working and office space solutions to the market. Implementation strategies and campaigns to generate prospects and enquiries while finding ways to increase the brand presence in the local market. You will be collaborating with the management, operations and community team to ensure that Ucommune Hong Kong stays competitive and relevant to the needs of businesses.

private offices, and event space enquiries;

Here’s how your role will help achieve the goal 

1. To increase the brand awareness and impression of Ucommune and Ucommune HK

to the local and international market; 

2. To generate leads for Ucommune Hong Kong's main products - private office


3. To generate leads for Ucommune Hong Kong's event space product and manage the

overall process with operations team;

4. To help support Sales team with their conversion execution through various

marketing support; 

5. To help increase quality of leads through various omni-channel marketing

What will you be doing

  • Develop and lead the social media strategy, create narratives and produce engaging content to grow brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and execute content updates for social media platforms, and develop creative digital content as well as visual (photo, video or gif).
  • Manage content calendar and ensure consistent editorial tone, manner and quality of writing.
  • Measure and optimize content performance on a regular basis and extract insights from data.
  • Develop thought-leadership content across different channels to increase overall traffic and impressions for Ucommune;
  • Analyze and creative important initiatives based on top marketing data to drive revenue growth;
  • Stay abreast of industry, content marketing and social media trends to seek out new opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in planning and implementing cross-platform content marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and meet business needs.
  • Manage and control marketing budget and each item’s cost and the result to be delivered with supervisor;
  • Familiar with China social medial platform and its content strategies and implementations.
  • Monitor social media budget, resources allocation and external agency relationship.
  • Serve as an exemplary writer and copy editor for marketing collateral and manage ad-hoc duties when assigned.
  • Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the Ucommune’s Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements.

Who you are
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 2-3 Marketing experience. Good to have: B2B marketing experience 
  • Preferably with omnichannel marketing or start-up experience; 
  • Flexible, entrepreneurial, and creative; 
  • Savvy with various software and productivity tools - (Canva, Adobe Products, Final Cut Pro, Xero, Salesforce, Email-marketing tools); 
  • Good to have: Knowledge in using Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, GoogleAnalytics, Google MyBusiness, and other Google suites; 
  • Avid and fast learner to pick up new skills on the go; 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin. Preferred Language: English. Good to have – Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge and interest in the commercial real estate industry; 
  • Clear, effective communicator with the ability to be persuasive.
  • Strong project management skills, with willingness and ability to challenge the status quo and make suggestions.
  • Open-minded, willing to take challenges, fast learner and proactive character.
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
