With our portfolio of diverse clients, many being MNCs, we are seeking an experienced person to help us look after a group of our key clients, engaging with them and understanding their needs and also to manage expectations; and interacting with the TLC team to deliver the right solutions to our clients. Who we're looking for

An amazing Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. You should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them. Your role will be to help us create happy workplaces for our clients and ourselves.

What you will be doing
  • Plan, organize and manage employee programs for a group of 20+ clients
  • Manage projects schedule and budget
  • Develop strong working relations with our clients to enhance staff satisfaction and retention
  • Liaise and work closely with clients, internal teams, external production and vendors to ensure effective and on-time campaign launches
  • Provide solutions, accounts review and reporting, and other account management activities including employee wellness programs, staff engagement, and event management
  • Work with internal data analysts to provide regular data analytics to provide analysis of our member interaction and make proactive adjustments and recommendations.
  • Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities
  • Perform ad-hoc work or projects if necessary
Who are you
  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate account management, public relations, communications or marketing experience
  • Experience with event management
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills, strong interpersonal and client service skills;
  • Positive mind-set, self-motivate, good team-player and desire to be a professional
  • Independent and willing to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
  • Computer literate, well-versed in Chinese Word, Excel and PowerPoint processing;
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred
