We started business operations in Hong Kong and are rapidly expanding in Asia-Pacific (with an office in Bangkok), Europe (with an office in the UK), and coming soon to the US.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive in our Hong Kong office

What you will be doing in this role
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through networking, meetings and phone calls
  • Responding to inquiries generated from advertisements and referrals
  • Following-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for services
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients in coordination with compliance department
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
  • Share sales feedback and provide input to help on product development
Who you are
  • University degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or direct industry experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Interest in payment industry, financial markets and technology
  • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
  • Strong connection with certain industries/communities is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, team-working, and customer service skills
  • Good time management, analytical skills and strong attention to details
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Native in Cantonese and Fluent in Mandarin/English (speaking and writing)
