We are looking to grow the local team with a Customer Experience & Sustainability Analyst to assist in the everyday interactions with the customers, including running the monthly sustainability analysis at the tenant’s workspace. The Customer Experience & Sustainability Analyst should be a process-driven person, as he/she will also be transforming daily tasks into streamlined and automated processes.
Our Customer Experience & Sustainability Analyst will be responsible for understanding the Hong Kong regulations and the Hong Kong policies to become the Sustainability Analyst of Hong Kong. Within this part of the role, he/she should understand and analyze government regulations to brief the team and the customer regarding Hong Kong regulations. Based on performance and availability, we will consider transforming the candidate to a full-time role.
