Who we're looking for

We are looking for a passionate person who share the same vision to promote sustainable future.

What you will be doing

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
Provide and maintain excellent customer service & relationship and a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image
Assist in handling daily operation
i. Greet customers and help with their zero waste shopping
ii. Maintain a clean, food safe, and organised working environment
iii. Open / close the store
iv. Manage inventory / assist with deliveries
v. Educate on the environment / zero waste movement

Who you are

Good command of spoken English and Chinese
Passionate in promoting zero waste lifestyle
Knowledge / interest in health foods / package-free / eco-conscious living
Knowledge in the vegetarian / vegan product is a plus
Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in Retail / Food and Beverage Industry (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)
Good customer service skills with a pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
Willing to work on weekends, shift duties & flexible hours
