What you will be doing
  • Developing and managing relationships within our Commercial segment on customers in
  • Managing complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of SleekFlow's enterprise software
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
  • Demonstrating our product via video conferencing or on-site visit
  • Lead our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients


About you
  • Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales.
  • Extensive experience selling to customers in Singapore
  • Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
  • Successful track record managing complex deals from lead to close.
  • Previous Experience in a startup is preferred

Desired Skills

  • Business-level fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese) and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
  • CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience (e.g. Apollo) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong customer references.
  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Who you are
  • You have 3 to 4+ years of direct client management experience, ideally in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales role at a B2B technology company
  • You have a track record of delivering value to complex customers with large employee bases
  • You thrive by building long-term relationships and partnering with a range of stakeholders including business, technical, and executive teams
  • You are consultative and are able to navigate the complexities and needs of clients across industry and lifecycle
  • You are a teacher at heart with the ability to distill technical or complex systems into simpler concepts to empower customers
  • You execute with excellence and have a deep track record of creating a significant impact for your customers
  • You are a resourceful and creative problem solver, never losing sight of the “why” behind the “what”
  • You love building new things and coaching your team in Startup
