Who we're looking for

SkyVision Capital (HK) is looking for a passionate Executive Assistant to join the team in Hong Kong.

What you will be doing

Provide administrative/ legal support to lawyers, which includes handling simple documentation;
Manage calendars and assist with meeting/appointment scheduling;
Create meeting agendas and take meeting minutes (if required);
Manage, sort and collate incoming messages from emails and other messaging services e.g. Telegram;
Assist in planning of professional events and internal team meetings;
Maintain office supply inventory, coordinate ordering and delivery of supplies;
Handle and manage mail/courier arrangement; and
Manage administrative expenses and transactional invoices.

Who you are

Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written communication);
At least 1 year of secretarial experiences gained from legal/professional firms;
Well versed in MS Office applications with strong document formatting skills;
Proactive problem solver, good team player and proven ability to anticipate executive needs, think steps ahead and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
Pay attention to details, is organized to prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Flexible working hours – occasionally working after business hours and weekends (depending on clients’ time zone);
Immediately available for work will be an advantage; and
Having investment experience is preferred (but not a must).
