Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join as a founding member in building our lunch subscription business here in Hong Kong.

What you will be doing in this role
  • Lead team of business development executives to attain and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team sales targets for acquiring new restaurants in assigned territory
  • Consistently drive and monitor sales activity of the team and ensure necessary activity is achieved to sustain continuous pipeline of prospects and flow of sales
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and targets
  • Hire, train, and develop BD Executives in selling strategy, product, presentation skills, soft skills, etc
  • Ability to lead by example and step in when and where needed to pitch, negotiate, and ultimately close deals for the team with a high level of expertise, professionalism and service
  • Build sales systems and tools to prospect leads and maximize team productivity
  • Execute appropriate internal and external processes and policies
Who you are
  • Strong experience in sales, preferably field sales, with demonstrated achievement
  • Previous experience in a sales management capacity with demonstrated accomplishment of leading teams to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Past sales/partnerships experience in restaurants, eCommerce, F&B, hotel and leisure industries
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and execute within an aggressive sales quota environment
  • Must possess strong leadership skills to ensure both short and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
  • Growth and entrepreneurial mind-set; hands-on approach to solving problems
  • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage daily metrics
  • Experience with sales systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Less experienced candidates shall be considered as Business Development Executive
