About Us

Reap is an online platform that allows businesses to pay for all business expenses (ie. rent, salary, suppliers, business services, etc.) through credit cards even if the receiving side does not accept cards. This allows businesses to access up to 60 days of interest-free working capital, earn cashback/travel miles and reduce the administrative process related to making payments. We are working with more than 280 registered businesses in Hong Kong and have raised funding from institutional investors such as Fresco VC, Oyster VC and others across San Francisco, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China.

If you’re entrepreneurial, ambitious and a versatile marketing talent looking to have immediate hands-on responsibilities and work with both the product, design and sales/marketing teams in driving growth, this is your opportunity to build a platform and scale a company.

We're looking for a Marketing Strategist to join our growing team and help bring Reap’s incredible story and value proposition to life. This person is a strong strategic thinker with outstanding editorial writing capabilities. Someone who will embody and empower the brand’s voice through thought leadership. Someone who thrives on big challenges and responds with big creative solutions.

What you will be doing in this role:
  • You’d like to develop a deep understanding of our customers and their customer journey.
  • You’re proficient to create collateral and assets to be used for social posts, web and email content.
  • You will coordinate messaging with advertising campaigns and company goals and work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Design, Product and Engineering.
  • You will closely work with business partners to ensure fruitful partnership outcome and accuracy of marketing campaigns/events, message and promotion details.
  • You will develop, implement and evaluate promotions to optimize ROI on marketing budget using pre and post analysis.
  • You love to create marketing content to promote both brand and product via social media channels (facebook, website etc)
  • You love to test and measure all of your communications and user journey touch points, running many tests at any point in time.
  • You have an ability to come up with ideas and project and manage them through to completion in a timely manner even with all the distractions or competing priorities.
  • You will experiment and implement new growth strategies that boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • You love all things creative, including writing, branding, design and video and have a high
    attention to detail. Almost to the point of obsession.
  • You will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You will take ownership of projects assigned and ensure they meet agreed deadlines to agreed standards.
About you:
  • 1+ years of growth marketing experience in a technology company, preferably Fintech
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook ad manager, Google search/display ads, Linkedin ads and other key digital marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Photoshop/Sketch knowledge is a big bonus
  • Graphic editing skills is required
  • Tech savvy
  • The ability to multitask and wear many hats in a startup environment with high organizational skills and a deadline-focused attitude.
  • Action-oriented and a “do-er”
