Who we're looking for

We’re looking for a results-driven Accounting and Administration Officer who is eager to develop his/her talents through a fast-paced start-up environment. You will have the chance to work at one of the fasting-growing start-up’s in Hong Kong, tackling COVID-19 with our long-term disinfectant coating.

What you will be doing

Handle account payable, account receivable, bank transactions, cash flow, payroll, taxation, expense claims and other daily operations
Prepare relevant financial statements, management reports and schedules
Coordinate with Mainland’s office for smooth communication
Manage HR and administrative support services
Work closely with other team members to support daily operations as needed

Who you are

Diploma or above in accounting or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
Independent, self-motivated and organized
In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
Good verbal and written communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
With a Yes! attitude
