Who we're looking for

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will oversee a team of marketing staff across Hong Kong and China. You will work closely with team leaders and other key stakeholders to develop and implement digital, marketing and communications campaigns, in support of the business objectives and growth strategy. You will also be responsible for overseeing the marketing budgets for the Hong Kong and China Opcos, and take the lead in planning key strategic projects with the goal of driving qualified sales leads for the different HR and recruitment services we offer. You will be expected to monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of key marcom campaigns, and advise the business on how they can leverage such insights to improve their business processes and ROI.

What you will be doing in this role
  • Strategy development: Lead on developing marketing strategy and business plans aimed at gaining market share and achieving brand dominance in the Greater China HR services industry
  • Content strategy: Partner with regional Public Relations & Communications Manager to develop a robust regional and specialist content strategy that aims to address customer problems and pain points, and position Randstad Greater China as experts in the disciplines and regions they recruit for
  • Branding: Establish Randstad Greater China as a thought and industry leader through strategic partnerships, industry events, client stories, digital marketing, leadership communities and networks. Be the brand custodian of the Human Forward brand - both internally and externally
  • Sales enablement: Deploy lead generation strategies across different touchpoints (web, social media, emails, events, live chat etc) and work with sales to qualify and follow up on all leads. Design lead qualification and activation campaigns using our tech platforms
  • Candidate sourcing: Manage existing and develop new candidate sourcing channels
  • Market insights: Identify key market trends, competitor analysis and business opportunities to support the business and region’s revenue goals
  • Analytics and measurement: Monitor and evaluate marketing program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically to ensure most optimal allocation of marketing spend and resources
  • Marketing collaboration: Provide support for or collaborate on key regional and global marketing initiatives. Drive Centre of Excellence for best practices; and share best practices across the countries, where programs can be scaled and synergized
Who you are
  • Specialist. 8+ years’ experience in demand marketing, brand or service marketing or related function. Strong B2B marketing experience, preferably within Greater China. Strong matrix understanding and experience working with various stakeholders in global, regional and local context
  • Knowledge worker. Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field. A well-rounded marketer versed in developing customer-centric campaigns, digital marketing and branding. Technologically savvy and open to learning new things
  • Communication expert. Superior communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful material to both internal and external stakeholders. Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin
  • Business partner. Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals across all seniority levels, inside and outside the organization
  • Customer champion. Ability to see the bigger picture and weave customer insights into the regional marketing plan to deliver superior, personalized customer experiences and measurable business results
  • Data Rock Star. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret and harness data to drive marketing and business decisions
