Who we're looking for

The people engagement team is a small, close-knit, and dynamic team rooted in an agile and hard working mindset. We operate in a fast-moving environment, where each member is expected to display considerable ownership of their responsibilities so that their impact can be felt throughout the Privé organisation. We are equal parts culture bearers, business advisors, and growth agents. We like to have fun in the mindset of being key to Privé’s continuing success.

As the Manager of People Engagement, you will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Prive and support the people and employment engagement needs of Prive across Asia and Europe (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Germany).

What you will be doing
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the organization and its people to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide advice and support to senior management on employee management issues and related programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies that support employee engagement and promote health, safety and wellness, and cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.
  • Manage the design and implementation of performance management programs and training programs that support workforce development and succession planning and retention.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Deal with all IR issues and help execute and support day to day operational requirements together with supporting roles
  • Manage the recruitment team as well as all resources that supports the various HR operational requirements.
  • Execute the day to day operational HR activities as needed
Who you are
  • University degree in Human Resources or related field of study
  • 5 to 8 years experience and knowledge of human resources management and organizational development principles
  • Proven experience in HR planning, change management, talent and performance management, and labour relations.
  • Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels of staff to build professional partnerships.
  • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills with experience in presenting on a wide range of HR topics and principles to a wide range of audience.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of staff
  • Project management skills to manage and lead concurrent projects
  • Strong research skills and well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, and experience in the application of HR data to support strategic analysis, executive decision-making and HR program delivery
  • Experience in running day to day operations or executing on day to day activities, including but not limited to onboarding, off boarding, visa applications, performance management, reward (excluding any financial aspects) )
  • Proficient in English
