We are looking for a HR Operation Analyst Intern to join our team at Prive!

What you will be doing in this role
  • You are our brand ambassador, you will be ​responsible for the full spectrum of HR operation, with special focus on visa application and internship programme management
  • Handle research projects about working visa, business/travel visa application for our Taiwan, Singapore, Germany and Hong Kong office
  • Prepare documents for the internship program, such as on-boarding welcome letter, internship agreement contract etc
  • Organize on-boarding arrangements for new joiners and in charge of general office management to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Provide administrative support to the People Engagement team
Who you are
  • The ideal candidate would have high energy, organised,creative mindset, self driven, able to communicate and work effectively with internal business teams and candidates, possessing the ability to juggle multiple tasks and creatively solve problems. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to learn the recruiting practices and own real responsibilities in a global software company
  • Current Year 2 or 3 student in Hong Kong who is looking for some hands-on innovative human resources experience
  • Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and follow-up
  • Experience in a fast-moving, international and entrepreneurial environment is an advantage
  • Experience in copywriting is preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take 100% ownership of projects
  • Outstanding Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge
  • Available for 6-8 weeks commitment
