About Us

Prenetics is one of the largest diagnostics and genetic testing companies globally. With a team of more than 250 and with over US$60 million  in strategic funding from Alibaba, Ping An Ventures, and more, the group has been pivotal in the fight against COVID-19. To date, Prenetics has performed more than 1 million PCR tests in Hong Kong and in the United Kingdom. Prenetics works closely with both governments and came to international fame when it helped resume the season with the English Premier League and set up COVID-19 testing operations in airports globally, including Hong Kong International Airport and Heathrow Airport.

Furthermore, the group recently made an acquisition of an Oxford University spin-out company, whom had developed a rapid COVID-19 test, with accurate results in 20 minutes. The group also operates two leading direct to consumer DNA platforms, CircleDNA and DNAFit.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a fun, energetic and customer-oriented Brand Specialist/Sales Associate to join the team! The ideal candidate should be passionate about healthcare and posses excellent cross-selling skills! You will be representing the company first-hand, and we will trust in you to provide great guest experience.

What you will be doing

Customer Service & Selling:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with customers by providing excellent customer experience
  • To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers; confidently engage customers with product knowledge and unique features
  • Ensure a high level of customer journey from sale to after-sale processes
  • Achieve monthly personal and individual sales target by providing high quality of service, identifying and meeting customers’ needs

Inventory management & Operations:

  • Responsible for the day to day store operations, including sales, inventory movements and in-store visual merchandising etc.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
  • Participate in stock management and stock-take arrangements
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned
Who you are
  • Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, cheerful, service oriented and professional selling skills
  • Positive attitude, passionate and openness to new technologies
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry
  • Excellent cross-selling skills
  • Able to work independently, self - motivated and with high adaptability
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • At least 1 - 2 years related experience in retail industry
  • Candidate with customer service experience or fresh graduate are also welcomed
  • Need to work on shift
  • International exposure/experience is preferred
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
