About Us

Prenetics is one of the largest diagnostics and genetic testing companies globally. With a team of more than 250 and with over US$60 million  in strategic funding from Alibaba, Ping An Ventures, and more, the group has been pivotal in the fight against COVID-19. To date, Prenetics has performed more than 1 million PCR tests in Hong Kong and in the United Kingdom. Prenetics works closely with both governments and came to international fame when it helped resume the season with the English Premier League and set up COVID-19 testing operations in airports globally, including Hong Kong International Airport and Heathrow Airport. Furthermore, the group recently made an acquisition of an Oxford University spin-out company, whom had developed a rapid COVID-19 test, with accurate results in 20 minutes. The group also operates two leading direct to consumer DNA platforms, CircleDNA and DNAFit.

Who we're looking for

We are currently recruiting a customer-focused Office Engagement Manager to join our team in our Hong Kong headquarters. Your core duties will be providing support to visitors and customers, as well as administrative support to our laboratory and HR team. Your main goal is to enhance internal customer satisfaction and ensure smooth operations. We move fast and develop a lot of ideas so you will have to keep up with our pace and be a catalyst to positive change. You will be great at prioritizing tasks in a busy environment and be able to show that you can hit deadlines and exceed expectations.

What you will be doing
  • Greet visitors in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Working closely with our People Operations team, proactively collect feedbacks from employees and find ways to enhance office supports to employees  
  • Maintain excellent office vibe and relationship among teams through organizing engagement initiatives
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities!    
  • Manage office admin team to ensure office support deliverables are achieved with excellence
  • Maintain a hygienic and safe office environment by coordinating with the cleaning lady, vendors and contractors
  • Oversee and manage healthy stock and ordering of office and laboratory supplies, stationery, water, and other supplies
  • Manage all related administrative supports to the office and the laboratory team
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Who you are
  • University Degree or above with 6 years relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Chinese input, and Google spreadsheets
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, detail-minded, attention to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • With people management experience would be ideal
  • Mature, self-motivated, energetic and strong sense of responsibility
  • 6-day work (long and short weekend)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
