Who we're looking for

ParallelChain Lab is looking for a strategic, analytical and hands-on individual to join the leadership as Senior Manager, Performance Marketing. This position is responsible for driving measurable growth of our business. He/she will formulate and champion the overarching media strategy to achieve business targets and brand goals through data-driven marketing campaigns across all channels (search, social, ads, video, sponsored content, etc).

What you will be doing
  • Develop, execute and monitor online/digital marketing strategies, both organic and paid, including but not limited to, SEO, social media, content, Google Ads, data analytics and newsletters, to deliver goals across all markets globally.
  • Report performance to the Executives on a regular basis.
  • Work closely with the creative teams to bring campaigns to life in the most impactful and measurable ways possible.
  • Manage the budgeting, forecasting and relationships related to Performance Media.
  • Create and own the marketing team’s strategy for the year and beyond, based on the company’s mid-term and long-term plan and direction
  • Identify opportunities to drive growth in new areas to help the company acquire new customers and audiences.
  • Actively look for opportunity in the MarTech space to get the most out of existing partners; and find and learn new analytics tools to increase the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
  • Acquire and adopt knowledge of all changing marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, and media tech.
Who you are
  • Highly analytical and passionate about working with data.
  • A strategic leader with a deep understanding of how to balance brand awareness growth with low funnel conversion tactics to drive the most value for the business.
  • A growth oriented individual who can challenge the status quo and pivot to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret data to measure campaign impact and effectiveness, identify actionable insights, and align senior stakeholders around the insight.
  • Exceptional communicator.
  • Dedication to duty; take pride in the work you do.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications or relevant fields.
  • 1+ year of experience working in Performance Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand or community management.
  • Professional Digital Marketing qualifications or certifications.
  • Sound knowledge of the online / digital marketing and media landscape.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
