Who we're looking for

OSOME provides a fully digital one-stop solution for SMEs. Our focus is on helping entrepreneurs concentrate on their business while we handle their admin, including their business registration, company secretarial, and accounting work. We have over 6,000 clients globally, and to match this tremendous growth we’re looking for a Sales Consultant.

What you will be doing
  • Being proficient and proactive in closing inbound leads via emails, chat, and calls
  • Achieving good results in cold calling prospects
  • Having a hunter mentality and being eager to generate high revenues
  • Showing high conversion rates and exceeding quotas/ KPIs
  • Cross/up-selling and negotiating with prospects
  • Work with marketing on the timing of any campaigns
  • Sales presentations/demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Becoming proficient with our platform & CRM tools
  • Being able to sell & follow processes on all sales platforms
  • Manage a large volume of emails and chats with knowledge and efficiency
  • Provide expert answers to questions about services, pricing, and processes to customers
  • Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
  • Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
  • Training and collaborating with the team to achieve the common target
Who you are
  • Recognised Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experience would make up for lack of qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team
  • A willingness to learn, with the ability to use any and all resources to get the job done
  • Proficient in CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce.
  • Experience in SPIN, challenger, or any other formal sales training would be an advantage
  • Able to converse in Cantonese will be highly preferred.
