This year we’ve significantly boostedour online business with weekly flash sales and successfully launched our firstflash sales in Singapore. We’re quickly growing the team, come & meet us!

Who we're looking for

The role is supporting marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies and tactics across APAC market of Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and China (Q4 2019). To create massive lead generation and brand awareness; conversion of both instore & online flash sales, whilst retaining branding values and delivering sustainable ROIs, via a range of channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, website, email, mobile marketing, retargeting, banner ads, and other key channels. etc

What you will be doing
  1. Digital Channels Management
  • Develop and implement a holistic global digital strategy plan, to improve customer journey on all digital touch points.
  • Plan & execute digital marketing campaign, to grow, expand & maximise traffic, UGC content, and viral opportunities with time-relevant posting e.g. live platforms; giveaways; poll etc.
  • To manage and monitor day-to-day performance of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and all online marketing platforms (email, website, app), google, youtube and etc.
  • Develop & execute quality content strategy for local markets, from idea generation, quality copywriting development, proofreading to material production, in order to keep member engaged and information lively and up-to-date.
  • Production of all online marketing material, including design, photography and videography.
  • Build dashboard of metrics & KPI to evaluate digital performance.

  1. Social Marketing and Online Advertising Optimization
  • Maintain a consistent user experience on various online touch points, to increase online store traffic, drive purchases, overall conversion rates and values.
  • Plan & execute online advertising and retargeting via Facebook & Instagram ads, Google PPC & shopping ads, banner ads and etc.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM performance such as bounce rate, ranking and conversion rate.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery, expansion, prioritization & optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on different channels where and when appropriate to ensure we remain competitive.

  1. Budget & Analysis Report
  • Plan and monitor digital marketing budget
  • Measuring and reporting on all campaign metrics (Reach, CTR, CPM, Convertions etc) and direct report to Marketing Manager

About you
  • Degree holder or above in digital marketing related disciplines
  • 3 years experience in managing social media acounts, and online media agnecy experiecne would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, passionate in digital trend
  • Strong knowledge in online marketing Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords etc.
  • Knowledge in designing tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage
  • Photography skills a big plus
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, high responsibility
  • Able to work independently, good team player, proactive and analytical
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Office
