Working as part of the Asia dealing team, the main function of this role is to ensure an optimum level of service is provided to primarily consumer clients, as well as any corporate clients when needed.
Handling on a daily basis a wide range of tasks, the client associate will deliver an exceptional client experience to a portfolio of clients, identify foreign exchange solutions to fit their needs, solve problems, book deals with accuracy, follow up with clients diligently, detect errors and reply to a large number of email and phone-based enquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
An outstanding client associate understands client needs, articulates the OFX value proposition and is well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment ensuring consistent seamless transactions are delivered. In addition to this, the role is tasked with managing and supporting all office-related administration work – the ability to pivot, adjust and adapt to a dynamic working environment will be essential.
Other duties outside dealing assistance will include (but not be restricted to):
High school diploma with further education, university/college degree is advantageous.
