The Novalearn STEAM after-school learning platform for learners ages 6 - 11 inspires and engages them to dive deeper into their favourite interests created by experienced teachers and industry experts. Through a wide variety of courses and a gamified experience, we help to bring the interactive and social learning experience into homes, schools and institutions. Our Novalearn method fuses education and entertainment to help kids be independent creators, free and creative thinkers.
The Novalearn Business Development and Marketing Executive is responsible for building the business development and sales pipeline that includes B2B education boards and institutions and B2C homemaker parents. This position is considered an equation alongside the Customer Success Team and will be working closely with our Management Team in developing business growth strategy and marketing innovation ideas to drive leads to
conversion. This role serves as the internal voice of the customer while working with the other Novalearn teams to exceed customer expectations. This individual’s performance is based on specific metrics associated with B2B product adoption, onboarding, expansion and retention.
