Nixplay is a vibrant, energetic Hong Kong-based multinational company who design, develop and manufacture digital signage and photo frames. Under the NIX, Nixplay & Nixplay Signage brand, we sell in the US, UK, Canada and EU.

Who we're looking for
  • The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimum acquisition cost and margin through paid channels, including (but not limited to) AdWords/Google Ads, Display, Prospecting, Retargeting, Email Marketing (CRM), Affiliates, and Social channels (Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc).
  • You will provide regular performance updates, and be prepared to articulate your decisions, thought processes and results. This will require sourcing data from the native accounts (AdWords, Retargeting and Prospecting tools, etc.) GA and other systems, producing reports that mash this data together and help the team to understand our acquisition channels and how they interact with each other.

What you will be doing
  • Be our performance marketing lead across all our online sales channels; develop, build our accounts to optimize ROAS, KPI: s and optimize acquisition cost and margin
  • Build out other biddable media channels; evaluate each opportunity, propose a plan and deliver it.
  • Report on performance and results on a regular basis.
  • Own the testing and optimization plan.
  • Keep abreast and advise on industry best practice, changes and opportunities.

You are ruthless in managing your time and areas of focus. You are able to efficiently prioritise your work. You enjoy scaling and growing well developed accounts or building new accounts from scratch. You never complicate things. You are results obsessed. You have a passion to learn and love working in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a similar role either agency side or in-house.
  • Best in class understanding of Paid Search & Social including funneling strategies, Best practice, Content strategies, Bid Optimization, Customer acquisition tactics, Location targeting & audience profiling. You understand the value of testing and experiments.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of different PPC ad formats, features and bid management tools.
  • Understanding of programmatic display advertising.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and analytical skills to create reports working with large data sets and explain the performance to a wider audience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented; good at juggling multiple priorities and time management.
  • GOOGLE ADS & FACEBOOK ADS PROFICIENCY IS A MUST
