Who we're looking for

The CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s email and mobile marketing campaigns and maximising revenue and engagement opportunities, as well as driving deep understanding of and from the company’s CRM and customer database.

What you will be doing
  • Manage the company’s email and mobile campaigns via an engagement platform.
  • Take initiative and full responsibility for the entire platform, including strategies for data collection, landing pages, customer journeys, campaigns and automation.
  • Manage the company’s customer contact programme, inclusive of managing online customer reviews.
  • Oversee direct communications with customers through the CRM, inclusive of surveys and questionnaires.
  • Analysis of current marketing campaigns within the platform and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing automation throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise customer engagement and sales.
  • Carrying out segmentation of the database to drive deeper understanding of customers.
  • A/B Testing on various campaigns to establish the most effective.
  • MVT Testing on email marketing campaigns.
  • Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements.
  • Reporting on KPI: s generated through email and mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Ensuring all campaigns comply with current best practice in the industry.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability

Who you are

This position requires a person who has practical experience from building customer engagement journeys and working on a broad scale ranging from data acquisition to repurchase and cross-sell.

  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • You see possibilities and understand that initiative is vital.
  • Degree educated with at least 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience as an email marketing or CRM manager ideally within ecommerce/retail.
  • You will be analytical, highly detailed and be able to translate data into actionable plans.
