Who we're looking for

Looking for an account managerto maintain the company's existing relationships with multiple clients and newclients. Your understanding of digital marketing, coupled with communicationskills and analytical skills, will determine the growth of new and existing businesses.Using your influence and relationship building skills, you can provideoutstanding customer service to support our customers. By cooperating with ourcustomers, you have laid a solid foundation for operational excellence for howour outstanding solutions can help our customers achieve unprecedented success.

What you will be doing in this role
  • Keep clients happy.
  • Keep the implementation team happy (you are the liaison between clients and the implementation team).
  • Answer emails, calls within minutes with constructive feedback.
  • Communicate with clients proactively.
  • In conjunction with business development team members, meet with clients to gather requirements and assess objectives.
  • Perform research to create service options and accompanying pricing.
  • Pitch clients alongside the business development team.
  • Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis via email, phone, and in person meetings.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports to clients.
  • Work with other MWI team members, including content marketers, copywriters, SEO and SEM experts, social media experts, digital designers, and developers.
  • Think strategically and create profitable online marketing campaigns for clients.
  • This role will report to head of operation (COO)
About you
  • 2+ years prior experience in an agency account management role (digital, social media, advertising, marketing, etc.).
  • Strong references.
  • Demonstrated history of excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with good principles of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and analytics. Experience with PR and thought leadership. Google AnalyticsCertification is a plus.
