Who we're looking for

We are growing and we’re looking for talent to come onboard our Commercial team as a Key Account & Partnership Manager based in Singapore.

What you will be doing
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Secure and launch key account marketplace campaigns
  • Clinch new partnerships and lead the successful launch of partnership campaigns
  • Analyze data with P&L approach and report key insights to key customer stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
  • To grow depth and breadth of key accounts (banking) through increasing client spend, optimised pricing and launching profitable campaigns
  • To grow partnerships vertical by increasing number of new strategic partnerships and launching profitable campaigns
  • To nurture and manage working relationships with key accounts and partnerships
Who you are
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Prior experience in sales or account management role, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listener, verbal and written communicator
  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills
  • Hungry to learn and hardworking
  • Driven, meticulous, and curious
  • Have a flair to grow existing accounts/partnerships as well as clinch new ones
  • Interested in digital marketing and e-commerce
  • Able to think in a systematic and methodological way
  • A self-starter and take ownership of your own learning
  • A good communicator and want to be excellent
