Who we're looking for

We are growing and we’re looking for talent to come onboard our Commercial team as a Key Account & Partnership Manager based in Singapore.

What you will be doing

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Secure and launch key account marketplace campaigns
Clinch new partnerships and lead the successful launch of partnership campaigns
Analyze data with P&L approach and report key insights to key customer stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
To grow depth and breadth of key accounts (banking) through increasing client spend, optimised pricing and launching profitable campaigns
To grow partnerships vertical by increasing number of new strategic partnerships and launching profitable campaigns
To nurture and manage working relationships with key accounts and partnerships

Who you are

Demonstrated success in exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Prior experience in sales or account management role, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, or software industries
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listener, verbal and written communicator
Effective negotiation and presentation skills
Hungry to learn and hardworking
Driven, meticulous, and curious
Have a flair to grow existing accounts/partnerships as well as clinch new ones
Interested in digital marketing and e-commerce
Able to think in a systematic and methodological way
A self-starter and take ownership of your own learning
A good communicator and want to be excellent
