Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Head of Network Operations Centre to join our team at M800!

What you will be doing
  • Manages the 7x24 Network Operations Center in support of the Company's mission, goals, and objectives of a SaaS company
  • Formulate and implement policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and tactical planning initiatives to ensure the service and product quality
  • Ensure the achievement of SLA by close monitoring and providing professional recommendations and proper escalation
  • Creates, implements and maintains an environment of compliance and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and continuously improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery
  • Selects, develops and manages highly qualified team members for timely operations and incident management by all necessary performance evaluations, coaching and training
  • Establishes overall work direction and review of work products and provides strategic and regulatory support and assistance to related teams as required
  • Other duties as assigned
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Network Operations or IT related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' experience in NOC supervision and management
  • Solid experience in managing engineers, customer service team and development teams in complex network environments
  • Possess excellent technical expertise and knowledge of telecom and IT
  • Strong leadership, customer-oriented and people management skills
  • Excellent communication skill and problem analysis & solving techniques
  • Good command of English and Chinese oral and written capabilities
