Who we're looking for

The Account Management team works closely with other Lynk teams to deliver on all of our clients’ knowledge needs and to expand our presence & value to client users. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Manager to help take our client engagement to the next level.

As AM Principal, you will have a significant impact on growing client relationships and developing our business with major enterprise clients. You will be the key driver in scaling client demand, user traction and account revenue, as well as providing insightful coverage across Lynk’s expanding suite of innovative products.

What you will be doing
  • Own the overall relationship between Lynk and a group of its clients including building and growing relationships with key stakeholders & decision-makers.
  • Identify greenfield opportunities or inactive pockets within existing accounts and convert them to new revenue opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling Lynk’s products.
  • Create annual account plans and forecasts to reflect, strategize, and achieve account objectives.
  • Engage proactively and consistently with clients via in-person meetings, calls, video-conferencing, and written outreach (email, texting, Linkedin & other social/professional media) to strengthen relationships and understand client needs.
  • Enable clients to fully leverage the Lynk Platform by being experts in our products to conduct user training, introduce new features & products, and facilitate ongoing
    usage.
  • Deliver insights on Lynk’s value-add to each account, and chart future growth plan with key customer stakeholders via regular check-ins and QBRs (quarterly business reviews).
  • Potentially lead and manage a team of supporting Account Managers including objective setting, monitoring KPIs, and training/development.
  • Maintain superior customer data and intelligence via comprehensive and real-time CRM updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all Lynk teams including Connections, Sales, Engineering/Product/Design, People and Finance to optimize the customer experience & journey and achieve company-wide goals.
  • Maximize account retention and minimize churn by proactively identifying at-risk accounts ahead of time and implementing action plans for revival.
  • Conceptualize and execute successful account-based marketing campaigns for key accounts in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and be able to effectively articulate Lynk’s differentiated value proposition.
Who you are
  • 6+ years of work experience in Account Management, Sales, or related client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level contacts.
  • Strategic and client-focused approach to account planning, relationship building, problem solving, and improving customer experience.
  • Confident communicator capable of handling high-profile clients (e.g. Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, PE firms, VC firms, Management Consultancies, and Corporates).
  • Well-versed in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office / Google Docs.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple demanding accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and inhabit a growth mindset.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or other relevant fields. MBA is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German/ French/ Arabic.
