Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist / Manager to join the LOJEL team in Hong Kong!

What you will be doing
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification according to the overall marketing strategy.
  • Develop core strategy, campaigns and content pillars for the Brand's social media platforms to create online communities for the brand.
  • Manage different social media account daily including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin for US, HK and Japan Direct to Consumer market.
  • Explore collaboration opportunities and engage with KOL and influencers to drive various marketing objectives, such as brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Monitor and listen actively on Social community to an provide engagement to comments
  • Organize Influencer Campaigns and evaluate the Campaigns performance
  • To develop written and visual creative contents to develop and build up social presence of the brand
  • Develop tracking and monitoring system to ensure KPIs are meeting targets, conduct analysis and learnings from data and reports.
  • Stay on top of social media news and technology and advise adoption where appropriate.
  • Support marcom advertising execution and internal projects when needed.
Who you are
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong hands-on experience in various social media channels, such as facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
  • Regional Exposure (preferably North America/ Japan) is a MUST
  • Experience in managing social media and influencers marketing is a MUST
  • Passionate about travel, technology, lifestyle brands, and be part of a growing start-up team.
  • Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills
  • Passionate about social media, keen to drill into data, agile to stay competitive
  • Interested in growing a marketing career within a start up environment
  • Maintaining a Positive Attitude and willing to adapt to changes
