Who we're looking for

Lam Soon is looking for a new Assistant Key Account Manager to assist in their account management.

What you will be doing in this role:
  • Managing and fostering Key Account Team to achieve company targets and goals
  • Generating and implementing strategic Key Account Plans
  • Monitoring Key Account Activities to ensure excellent Key Account Execution in the trade
  • Liaising with Key Account Customers
  • Collaborating with Marketing Team to grow existing products and nurture new products
  • Achieving Sales Target with limited Trade Spend to gain Market Share
About you:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing is preferable
  • 3 years’ relevant experience in managing Key Account Team
  • FMCG experience is a MUST
  • With strong and proven sales experience in handling major supermarkets in Hong Kong
  • Good at Strategic Promotion Planning and Execution
  • Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Aggressive with strategic mind and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in English and Chinese, and be able to communicate in Mandarin
