Who we're looking for

Are you passionate about solving problems? Do you want to join one of the fastest growing and most exciting startups in Hong Kong? Lalamove is looking for a Sales Operations Associate - Sales Training to join them to achieve their mission to disrupt the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through our technology.

What you will be doing
  • Assist in the creation, design and implementation of onboarding and ongoing training program for the global sales team
  • Work with product team to understand new product features/releases, create a process on how best to disseminate this information internally and train Lalamove sales team members
  • Work with marketing team to design sales team content such as pitch decks
  • Take ownership of sales training documents and update as product and process changes
  • Embed the correct sales culture based on consultative selling to understand customer needs and propose solutions as needed.
  • Act as an intermediary between sales and key business partners internally
  • Prior experience with CRM and systems is a plus
Who you are
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in designing a sales curriculum or training programme is a significant advantage.
  • A strong capability to work with cross functional teams to meet the desired objectives.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Past experience working with a multicultural, global team and tech savviness towards sales software and systems are bonuses.
  • Fluency in English.
